Consumer Education and Research Society (CERS)

The Consumer Education and Research Society is engaged in the promotion and protection of consumer interests. It is a research organisation which disseminates its findings to empower further consumers and their rights. CERS also uses the existing legal framework to help resolve consumer grievances.
