Consumers International invites you to explore:

Artificial Intelligence: consumer experiences in new technology

Consumers International welcome you to a one-day foresight workshop to explore consumer experiences of artificial intelligence in the Asia-Pacific region.

Artificial intelligence enabled services are all around us, but little is understood about their impact on the day-to-day lives of consumers in Asia-Pacific or what they might want from them in the future.

You are invited to join a select group of consumer organisations and leading industry and policy experts in the region for the launch of new independent research from Consumers International.

We will present findings from newly commissioned participatory research with families individuals in India, Australia and Japan by IPSOS Global. There will also be analysis and insights from interviews with expert stakeholders from the region on how we can design AI enabled services and tools to better meet consumer expectations now and in future.

The launch of the research will be followed by opportunities to share perspectives and feedback, networking and developing a shared understanding of the following areas:

  • The key opportunities and challenges artificial intelligence presents for consumers
  • How to maximise the positive possibilities of artificial intelligence for consumers, while also responding to risks and concerns
