On 18 May 2026, Consumers International will launch the Blueprint for Inclusive Energy Services: Recommendations for the Italian Marketplace — a practical framework designed to help the energy sector better respond to the needs of consumers in vulnerable circumstances, with a particular focus on Italy’s ageing population.
This publication is the first output of Consumers International’s global Blueprint for Inclusive Energy Services initiative, aimed at supporting fairer, more inclusive energy systems.
