World Consumer Rights Day 2026: Safe Products, Confident Consumers

In our global digital marketplace, product safety has fast become a critical issue of concern – impacting lives, consumer trust and the global economy. For World Consumer Rights Day on March 15 2026, we invite all consumer advocates to help address the issues that result from poor quality products, raising awareness and action under the theme, 'Safe Products, Confident Consumers'. 

We will build on the growing success of our past campaigns, to convene a global discussion around the top issues in product safety, raise visibility of Member activities on the issue and build momentum to support milestones of international partners commitments. We demand that product safety is not be a privilege for the few. It is a fundamental right for all.
