Via Organica is a Mexican non-profit organisation whose mission is to promote good nutrition through organic agriculture, fair trade, a healthy way of life and protecting the planet. Its headquarters is located in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, where workshops are held to promote organic agriculture. It carries out visits and tours to farmer groups, civil organisations, students and citizens.

It also has a restaurant and organic shop and conducts lectures and cultural events to promote healthy eating, fair trade and social awareness around food sovereignty.

Via Organica is a sister organisation of Organic Consumers Association and is part of the national campaign 'without corn there is no country' and the Parliamentary Front Against Hunger.
