Thailand Consumers Council
The Thailand Consumers Council (TCC) is an organisation established under the Thai Constitution B.E. 2560 (2017). Founded under the Establishment of the Consumer Organization Council Act B.E. 2562 (2019), TCC represents consumers on all issues.
Currently, TCC has established eight committees to address consumer policy and measures in the following areas: transportation and vehicles; real estate and housing; general goods and services; food, medicines, and health products; finance and banking; health services; public services; and communication and telecommunications. When consumers' rights are violated, they can file complaints with our Complaint Division online, by phone, or in person. TCC supports consumers nationwide through our 324 member organizations across 44 provinces.
To empower consumers, TCC provides legal consultation and mediation services. Additionally, a team of in-house lawyers specialising in consumer issues is available when disputes cannot be settled out of court.
