Thailand Consumers Council
The Thailand Consumers Council (TCC) is a national independent organization established under Thai Constitution B.E. 2560 (2017) and the Establishment of the Consumer Organization Council Act B.E. 2562 (2019). TCC champions consumer rights across Thailand, addressing a comprehensive array of issues.
Through its nine dedicated committees, TCC shapes consumer policy and measures in vital sectors including transportation and vehicles, real estate and housing, general goods and services, food, medicines, and health products, finance and banking, health services, public services, communication and telecommunications and education.
TCC provides multiple avenues for consumers to seek redress, including online, phone, and in-person complaint filing with its Complaint Division. Supported by a robust network of 353 member organizations in 58 provinces, TCC extends its reach nationwide. Furthermore, TCC empowers consumers through legal consultation, mediation services, and a team of in-house lawyers who are ready to assist when disputes require judicial intervention.
