Since 2018, the Smart Consumer Institute has been advocating for consumer interests, educating, and contributing to policies that improve the consumer landscape. We believe that consumers deserve an economic environment that offers high-quality, green, affordable, and innovative products and services in every field. Consumers can make informed decisions only if they have enough objective information and understand their rights. Therefore, we focus on raising awareness, analysing key consumer-related issues, and providing actionable recommendations to both consumers and policymakers. Additionally, we closely monitor legislative initiatives and advocate for a pro-consumer perspective in laws across diverse areas, including digital, retail, healthcare, taxation, finance, housing, and much more. Our goal is to effectively communicate the consumers' viewpoint and amplify their voices on a wide range of topics.
