Lembaga Perlindungan Konsumen Nasional Indonesia (LPKNI)
The Indonesian National Consumer Protection Agency is a legal aid and consumer protection organization based in Malang City, Indonesia. LPKNI was established in 2014 with Nanang Nilson, SH, MH as the President.
LPKNI's goal since it was first established until now has always been the same, namely, to educate and fight for consumer rights.
LPKNI has experience in running work programs for the benefit of consumers, as in 2020 yesterday LPKNI collaborated with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia to deal with the COVID-19 outbreak.
LPKNI has 11 organizational structure branches under the President of LPKNI, all of which function to facilitate LPKNI in reaching consumers, one of the branch structures is the LPKNI Division of Bank Supervision, Finance and Cooperatives, where the branch structure has proven to be effective in helping consumer problems with fraudulent finance who work in violation of laws and regulations in Indonesia.
