Unión de Consumidores de Argentina (UCA)

Unión de Consumidores de Argentina (UCA) is a voluntary, non-profit organisation created in 1996. Its main purpose is to monitor the effective implementation of consumer laws and other related legislation at the national, provincial or municipal level. It also collaborates with public and private organisations to improve the protection and education of all consumers. UCA handles claims and complaints from consumers and seeks an amiable solution with the companies involved. UCA also represents consumers through the undertaking of class actions on their behalf.
