Consumers Protection Association

Consumers Protection Association (CPA) is a membership based consumer organisation in Lesotho. The organisation was established in 2004 to protect consumers’ rights in Lesotho in collaboration with other consumer organisations and institutions. CPA is an affiliate member of Lesotho Council of NGOs (an umbrella organisation for civil society organisations in Lesotho). CPA became a member of the Consumer International in 2010.

CPA’s work focusses on some of the most pressing consumer issues in Lesotho, including healthcare, provision of public services, trade and consumer education.
