PROCONSUMER is a not-for-profit organisation which defends the rights of consumers and promotes sustainable and ethical consumption at national and regional level since 1993. Through research, representation and handling of complaints PROCONSUMER represents consumers on many types of contracts: saving accounts, credit cards, financial retail products, insurance policies and housing contracts.
