Consumer business models

In early 2013, CI published the results of a one-of-a-kind sustainable business model (SBM) survey targeting its Members worldwide.

The SBM survey is a tool that will enable CI to generate baseline data and information to assess the collective and individual strengths and weaknesses of its members, as well as potential threats faced by them.

Most importantly, this survey charts the paths and means of identifying the opportunities for organisational empowerment.

The results of the survey are a major contribution to CI's strategic approach for deciding where to target our capacity-building support and what criteria we will use for such support.
