Registration
You don't need to be a CI Member organisation to attend CI World
Congress, registration is open to everyone.
However, CI Members can register up to five Congress delegates
for free, and are entitled to a number of other benefits. So,
please read the guidelines below before registering.
Important guidelines for registration
Complimentary accommodation in Hong Kong
If you are the Head, or only, delegate for your organisation and
you are a Full CI Member you will qualify for a
free hotel room, to a maximum of five nights. Please complete the
Head of Delegation registration form, below, to secure your
accommodation.
CI Affiliate Member organisations from Least
Developed Countries (LDCs), as defined by the UN DAC list, will be entitled to one free hotel
room, per organisation, to a maximum of five nights.
CI advise that those CI Members who can qualify for
complimentary accommodation ensure that they have secured the
funding for their travel arrangements prior to filling in their
Congress registration form.
Further financial support for attending CI World
Congress
CI is committed to raising further funds for CI Member travel
and accommodation to help ensure a balanced representation of
members from various regions. CI will fundraise primarily for
members from LDCs. The CI Fundraising Team will contact eligible
members seperately in the coming months. More information is
available in the Congress
Funding Pack.
