Centred on a common theme of Empowering Tomorrow's Consumers, Congress 2011 will explore six key thematic areas with keynote addresses, plenary and sub-plenary sessions.

Why genuine corporate accountability holds the key to public trust, and how international CSR standards can empower the consumer to support sustainable business.


4. Safe and Nutritious Food for All

How can consumers be empowered to tackle the food and health challenges of the 21st century?


5. Consumers in the Digital World

How new forms of creative content are blurring the lines between producer and consumer, and how these challenge access and ownership in the Internet age.

6. Consumer Rights Today and Tomorrow

Where does the consumer movement go from here, and what is being done to empower tomorrow's consumers.
