Proposals for amendments to the UN Guidelines for Consumer Protection

Consumers International has been recognised by UNCTAD as a named stakeholder in the revision process of the UN Guidelines for Consumer Protection.

This is our response to the call by the UNCTAD secretariat for contributions from stakeholders regarding the revision process for UNGCP currently under way.

Please also see CI’s briefings on the four working groups that UNCTAD has set up to develop proposals on financial services, e-commerce, other issues and implementation.
