The Consumer Agenda For Fair Mobile Services

19 Mar 2014

In consultation with CI Members and Supporters we have developed the Consumer Agenda for Fair Mobile Services (Consumer Agenda).

The Consumer Agenda sets out proposals to strengthen protection for mobile consumers and is addressed to the world's telecommunications providers, regulators and other stakeholders in the telecommunications industry.

What’s on offer

You can read our five point agenda for better mobile consumer rights, with full explanations of why these rights are vital.

The issues covered are: affordable reliable service; fair billing; clear contracts; personal data; and listen and respond to consumer complaints.
