Strategy Development and Communications Director
Phillipa oversees Consumers International’s communications team, and is responsible for transforming the organisations brand and communications. She provides strategic development direction and leads on realising and communicating the organisations vision.
Phillipa is a passionate communicator with a thirst for social justice, she has held senior campaigns, communications and policy positions within the charity sector.
With almost 20 years of experience in policy, campaigning and communications Phillipa has delivered impact wherever she has worked. She came to Consumers International in 2015, after working on sustainable transport with Living Streets and the Campaign for Better Transport, most recently advising the UK government on transport policy. She has also worked in international development with Save the Children and Oxfam.
She was awarded an M.B.E. for services to vulnerable pedestrians in the 2015 Queen’s Birthday Honours.
Phillipa is based in London.
