The European Consumer Organisation

Consumers International and BEUC work together to share knowledge and cooperate on areas of mutual interest for the benefit of our respective members. BEUC acts as the umbrella group in Brussels for its members and its main task is to represent them at European level and defend the interests of all Europe’s consumers.

BEUC investigates EU decisions and developments likely to affect consumers. They focus on the areas identified as priorities by their members: financial services, food, digital rights, consumer rights, sustainability, redress & enforcement, health, energy, safety and trade.
