Laban Konsyumer

We are a  non-stock nonprofit corporation duly incorporated in accordance with the Corporation Code of the Philippines with Company Registration No. CN201621116 issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 13, 2016. We help, protect, and empower consumers on their rights which are:  the right to satisfaction of basic needs, the right to safety, the right to be informed, the right to choose, the right to be healthy, the right to be heard, the right to redress, the right to consumer education, and right to healthy environment.

We provide means for redress, continuing education and information campaigns regarding:

• Products and services
• Consumer rights
• General knowledge for critical and informed judgement on consumption

We also participate in the formulation of policies, new  laws or amendments of existing consumer laws .

Our group provides support to corollary matters pertaining, or incidental thereto, including suing on, or in behalf of the consumers.
